What We Offer
-
We offer complete 3D modeling and technical drawing services using SolidWorks, a leading professional CAD platform trusted by engineers and manufacturers worldwide.
Whether you need a single part modeled or a full mechanical assembly, we can create detailed, parametric models tailored to your requirements.
Individual Part Modeling – Custom-designed mechanical components, brackets, enclosures, and more—designed from scratch or based on sketches, legacy designs, or existing physical parts.
Assembly Modeling – Mechanism-level CAD assemblies with accurate motion, clear relationships between components, and intelligent constraints to support functional analysis and fabrication.
Manufacturing Drawings – Professional 2D drawings with clear dimensioning, tolerances, hole callouts, material specs, and surface finishes—ready for machining, fabrication, or quoting.
Assembly Drawings – Exploded views, bill of materials (BOMs), and detailed callouts to guide physical assembly or aid in documentation for your shop floor or end customer.
Every model is created with manufacturing in mind—whether it’s headed for 3D printing, CNC machining, or full-scale production. If you already have partial or legacy CAD files, we can clean up, revise, or build upon them to fit your current needs and application.

We help identify, analyze, and solve mechanical challenges—whether you’re troubleshooting an existing product, improving a mechanism, or need a design that performs better under real-world conditions. We combine engineering expertise, practical fabrication knowledge, and CAD-based iteration to develop practical, effective solutions.
Failure Analysis – Investigating mechanical failures or weaknesses in existing designs, and proposing practical improvements to extend performance or simplify manufacturing.
Design Improvement – Enhancing existing parts or assemblies for better strength, cost reduction, manufacturability, or ease of assembly—without overcomplicating the design.
Mechanism Development – Designing systems with linkages, guides, and moving components to perform precise mechanical actions that solve specific movement or force-delivery challenges.
Tolerance & Fit Optimization – Reviewing designs to ensure proper fits, stack-ups, and allowances between mating components, especially for machined or assembled parts.
Whether you’re working from a rough concept or an underperforming product, we apply mechanical reasoning, CAD modeling, and iterative feedback to drive the solution forward.
Have a mechanical challenge to solve? Fill out our [Request A Quote] form and tell us what you’re up against. Whether it’s a broken part, a new motion concept, or a system that needs to be reworked, we’ll help engineer a solution that works in the real world.

We turn engineered designs into real, testable components—whether that means 3D printing a single part for fit and function testing, or sourcing machined components for final assemblies. Our goal is to help you validate performance and bring your idea closer to production.
Rapid Prototyping – In-house 3D printing allows us to quickly produce concept models, fit-check parts, or mechanical mockups. Ideal for testing form, function, or design intent before moving to higher-cost production methods.
Machined Parts Sourcing – We manage the sourcing of precision-machined components when tighter tolerances or specific materials are required. We’ll handle supplier communication, ensure design intent is met, and help streamline the path to fabrication.
Prototype Assembly – If your prototype includes multiple components or materials, we can handle basic assembly in-house or work with partners to build a complete unit for demonstration, testing, or stakeholder feedback.
Bridge to Production – Not every design needs full manufacturing right away. We help evaluate production-readiness and offer recommendations for materials, processes, and vendors when scaling from prototype to product.
Need help turning your design into a real-world solution? Fill out our [Request A Quote] form and tell us what stage you’re at. Whether you need a single 3D print or help sourcing machined parts for a full prototype, we’ll help you take the next step.

You don’t need to be a professional engineer to bring a great idea to life. Whether you’ve sketched something on a napkin, built a homemade prototype, or just have a concept in your head, we can help you take the next step. We work with everyday people who want to create physical solutions to real problems—or just turn a personal invention into something tangible.
We’ll guide you through the design process, refine your idea into a workable model, and help you understand how it could be prototyped or manufactured. From casual ‘what if’ ideas to fully formed concepts, we bring engineering clarity to your creativity—without overcomplicating things or talking over your head.
Have an idea but not sure where to start? Fill out our [Request A Quote] form and describe what you’re trying to create. Whether it’s just an idea or a rough prototype, we’ll help turn it into a real design and guide you through the steps to bring it to life.
How It Works
-
Start by filling out our [Quote Request Form]. Be as detailed as possible—include a description of your project, the problem you’re solving, your desired outcome (conceptual design, prototyping, and/or fabrication assistance), and any timelines or constraints. Upload any helpful materials: sketches, CAD files, reference photos, or design documents.
Once we review your request, we’ll reach out to schedule a quick meeting to better understand your requirements and discuss next steps.
If your project requires a physical prototype, be sure to also select “3D Printing” in addition to “Engineering.” If you need help with fabrication—such as outsourcing machined parts—just let us know and we’ll walk you through the best options.

Once we’ve discussed your goals and project scope, we’ll begin developing a solution tailored to your needs. Whether you’re starting from an idea, tackling a technical challenge, or refining an existing design, we’ll engineer a design that’s functional, manufacturable, and ready for the real world.
Engineering is inherently iterative. As the design evolves, new constraints or better solutions often emerge. When that happens, we adapt quickly—working through challenges in real time and keeping you involved throughout the process. You’ll see key stages along the way as we share progress and design previews. If you’ve provided CAD files, we’ll refine them as needed. If not, we’ll build everything from the ground up using professional 3D CAD tools.
We design with production in mind from day one—ensuring each part can be realistically built using the right materials and methods, whether it’s 3D printed, machined, or assembled from custom and standard components. The goal is always the same: a design that works not just on screen, but in the real world.
-
Once finalized, your design will be delivered in a clean, organized package—including fully modeled parts, assemblies, and detailed technical drawings as needed. If your project includes a physical prototype, we’ll produce and deliver it as part of the final handoff. Whether your next step is fabrication, stakeholder presentation, or further development, you’ll have everything required to move forward confidently and efficiently.

-
No. While we work daily with STEP, IGES, and native Creo/SolidWorks files, many of our projects begin as a hand sketch on a napkin or a simple verbal description. We specialize in taking your initial concept and developing it into a fully defined 3D model. We can also work from legacy 2D drawings or physical templates to create modern, parametric CAD data.
-
Yes. Beyond just "drawing parts," we offer Mechanical Problem Solving. If you have a component that keeps breaking, a mechanism that isn't moving smoothly, or a design that is too expensive to manufacture, we can perform a technical review. We analyze failure points, optimize tolerances and fits, and suggest design improvements to enhance strength, reduce cost, or simplify assembly.
-
Yes. A 3D model is only half the battle. We provide professional 2D Manufacturing Drawings that include critical dimensions, tolerances, hole callouts, material specifications, and surface finishes. These drawings are "shop-ready," meaning they contain all the information a machinist or fabricator needs to quote and build your part accurately.
-
Yes. For straightforward mechanical components like brackets, spacers, gears, or housings, we can manually measure your original part and recreate it in 3D CAD. This is ideal for replacing discontinued "legacy" parts or items where the original design files have been lost.
Note: We currently focus on geometric mechanical parts and do not offer 3D laser scanning for complex organic or high-curvature surfaces.
-
Absolutely. We understand that your intellectual property is valuable. We are happy to review and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before discussing the sensitive details of your project. We do recommend sharing a high-level "functional goal" of the project first to ensure it aligns with our capabilities before moving into a formal agreement.
