Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Lazeric LLC. We take pride in the quality of our work and want you to be fully satisfied with your experience. While we have clear policies in place for returns, refunds, and cancellations, we also understand that every situation is different. We’ll always do everything in our power to make things right and work with you to ensure you’re taken care of. Please read the following policy.

🛠️ Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom products—including laser-engraved items, laser-cut parts, 3D printed components, and customer-supplied items—are non-refundable once production has begun.

This includes:

  • Custom text or image engravings

  • Photo engravings

  • Personalized wood, metal, or plastic items

  • Items you supply to us for engraving or cutting

Once we begin production, materials and labor are committed and cannot be reused.

📦 Customer-Supplied Items

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for customer-supplied items after engraving or cutting has begun. If you decide to cancel before production starts and you’ve already shipped your item to us:

  • You will be responsible for the return shipping cost

  • We will invoice you for the return shipping, which must be paid before your item is sent back

🛍️ Standard (Non-Custom) Products

We accept returns for unused, non-custom items purchased directly from our online store within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition

  • You must contact us within 14 days of the delivery date

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Refunds will be processed once the item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

🖼️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll work with you to resolve the problem quickly, including repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

💳 Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

  • We do not offer cash refunds
