Engraving Disclaimer for Customer-Supplied Items

Lazeric LLC offers engraving services on customer-supplied items. By submitting your item for engraving, you agree to the following terms:

1. Risk Acknowledgment

You understand that all engraving is performed at your own risk. While we take great care with every job, the laser engraving process involves high temperatures and concentrated energy, which may cause certain materials to react in unexpected ways. This includes the possibility of surface damage, color change, or structural alteration depending on the material.

2. No Liability for Damage

Lazeric LLC is not responsible for any damage that occurs to customer-supplied items during the engraving process. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Discoloration

• Cracking

• Warping

• Fading

• Surface imperfections or marking inconsistencies

3. Material Behavior Is Not Guaranteed

Not all materials react predictably to laser engraving. Even items that appear similar may behave differently based on coatings, treatments, finishes, or internal composition.

4. Evaluation Does Not Guarantee Success

If we evaluate your item and agree to proceed, it means we believe the item is likely engravable—but it does not guarantee a flawless result. You acknowledge that outcomes may vary, and you still accept full risk.

5. No Replacements or Refunds

We do not replace, reimburse, or refund for customer-supplied items that are damaged during engraving.
